Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

• Our policy lasts for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within [5-10 business days, adjust as needed].

Exchanges (if applicable)

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, please contact us at info@stoneylakeglassworks.com

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
